We’re the founders of Lazenby Page, a family-run estate agency and interior design studio in Worcestershire. Together, we offer our expertise in luxury property across the UK.
But our story first began decades ago. Having worked in global sales and marketing and experienced over 20 home relocations, we built a passion for luxury properties and stunning design.
Although, we realised few estate agents were willing to go the extra mile for their clients. And when we’d sold our properties for more than the professionals had predicted, that was when our lightbulb moment hit.

Our daughter, Melissa, already owned a successful interior design studio where she’d worked on many impressive projects from a pretty garden room to spectacular million-pound homes. And we knew that half the battle of selling a luxury home is helping prospective buyers see its potential when the interior could benefit from professional styling. So, we incorporated Melissa’s bespoke interior design services into our estate agency. In creating brand new floor plans, revamping the presentation, and investing in high-quality photography, we maximise your chances of attracting potential buyers and achieving the best possible offer.
